Sonhando S.A., a prominent tour operator with a strong footprint in the Portuguese market since 1999, was managing multiple sub-brands tied to various travel destinations. The company faced a pressing need to consolidate this fragmented architecture into a single, cohesive, and instantly recognizable brand identity.

The primary challenge lay in transforming a disconnected ecosystem of sub-brands into a unified identity aligned with the company’s core values. The developed solution focused on creating a cohesive visual system capable of honoring the essence of each destination while maintaining overall global consistency.
A versatile, cross-functional graphic language was developed to ensure seamless deployment across multiple touchpoints, with a special emphasis on point-of-sale (POS) environments.
